ABOUT JO

Jo Angelique Hermann, a professional personal trainer, with both local and international working experience has a passion for fitness. She obtained an International qualification in Personal Training and Sport Science from IIFT (International Institution of Fitness Training) in 2007, and is also qualified in spinning and group classes. She furthered her training in various other short courses via Virgin Active in the years that followed. These include but are not limited to Core Training, H20 (Water Aerobics and exercise programs), Kinesis, Functional Training, Explosive Training and Step.

She has also gained experience in boxing and was trained in professional boxing by the former ex boxing champion Brian Hermann. She also obtained a certification in Professional Sport Massage via Balancing Touch in 2016.

Jo Angelique enjoys working with clients of all ages, men and ladies, whether your goal is losing weight, toning, or building of fitness levels, or sport specific reasons. Other available services include re-habilitation of injuries, exercise, diet and nutrition guidance, as well as team building and boot camps.

Not only geared towards athletes, but also for office workers with neck and back tension. Our sports massage therapy is aimed to relieve severe tension in muscles and connective tissue.

Great for corporate team building and social groups. Team building in the corporate environment has always had a positive impact on companies. Whether it’s a one day event, or a few days in between staff training programs, we arrange all. From Golf days, Paint ball, Games or other adventures.
